Terms of Enrollment

Quantix Academy provides educational and exam-preparation programs designed to help students prepare for professional licensing and securities examinations.

Programs may include:

• SIE Success Accelerator
• Series 65 Success Accelerator
• Future securities or professional exam-preparation programs
• Live instructional sessions
• Review sessions
• Practice questions
• Diagnostic examinations
• Simulated examinations
• Study guides
• Speaker notes
• Flashcards
• Question banks
• Digital educational resources
• Other supplementary study materials

Specific course features, schedules, and materials may vary by program.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable registration or checkout page, enrollment in a Quantix Academy exam-preparation program is offered for a one-time fee of $397 per exam program.

Enrollment in one program does not automatically include enrollment in another program.

For example:

• Enrollment in the SIE Success Accelerator does not automatically include the Series 65 Success Accelerator.
• Enrollment in the Series 65 Success Accelerator does not automatically include the SIE Success Accelerator.

Each program requires a separate enrollment unless Quantix Academy expressly offers a bundled package.

Payment is generally processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor.

Payment must be successfully completed before course access is provided unless Quantix Academy expressly approves another arrangement.

By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

Quantix Academy does not guarantee enrollment until payment has been successfully processed.

Students who successfully enroll will receive access to the educational materials included with their applicable program.

Unless otherwise stated, enrolled students may retain access to the applicable Quantix Academy course materials until they pass the examination for which they enrolled.

Continued access is subject to:

• Compliance with these Terms
• Reasonable use of the program
• Maintaining accurate enrollment information
• Not sharing login credentials or course materials
• Not copying, distributing, reselling, or reproducing Quantix Academy materials

Quantix Academy may require reasonable verification that a student remains actively preparing for the applicable examination.

Certain Quantix Academy programs include live instructional sessions.

The current program format may include:

• One approximately 90-minute instructional session each week
• One approximately 60-minute review session each week

Schedules may vary by course or cohort.

Quantix Academy reserves the right to reasonably modify:

• Class dates
• Class times
• Instructors
• Lesson order
• Review-session schedules
• Course delivery methods

When reasonably possible, students will be notified of material scheduling changes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, recordings of live Quantix Academy classes are not included with enrollment.

Students are responsible for attending live sessions when they wish to participate in the live instruction.

Quantix Academy may provide speaker notes, outlines, study materials, or other resources associated with course sessions.

The availability of written materials does not guarantee that all information discussed during a live session will appear in those materials.

Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.

Missing a live class does not automatically entitle a student to:

• A refund
• A private makeup session
• An individual tutoring session
• A class recording
• An extension of a particular live cohort

Quantix Academy may provide reasonable alternatives, resources, or opportunities to attend a future session when available, but such accommodations are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Successful exam preparation requires meaningful participation by the student.

Students are expected to:

• Attend scheduled instructional sessions when possible
• Complete assigned readings
• Complete assigned practice questions
• Participate in diagnostic and practice examinations
• Review explanations for incorrect answers
• Follow the recommended study schedule
• Ask questions when concepts are unclear
• Independently register for the official licensing examination
• Verify official examination requirements with the appropriate testing or regulatory authority

Quantix Academy provides education and preparation, but the student remains responsible for completing the work required to prepare for the examination.

Quantix Academy may provide diagnostic exams, quizzes, practice exams, simulated exams, flashcards, question banks, or readiness assessments.

These resources are intended for educational purposes.

Scores on Quantix Academy assessments:

• Are not official examination results
• Do not guarantee future examination performance
• Do not guarantee that a student will pass an official examination
• Should be used as study and readiness indicators

Quantix Academy may recommend specific practice-score targets before a student sits for an official examination, but achieving a recommended score does not guarantee passing the official examination.

Quantix Academy is an exam-preparation and educational provider.

Enrollment does not guarantee that a student will pass the SIE, Series 65, or any other examination.

Examination performance depends on numerous factors, including:

• Student participation
• Study time
• Prior knowledge
• Test-taking ability
• Attendance
• Practice performance
• Individual preparation
• Changes to examination content
• Testing conditions

Students remain responsible for their own preparation and examination performance.

Quantix Academy enrollment does not include official examination registration fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Students are responsible for:

• Determining whether they are eligible to sit for the examination
• Registering for the official examination
• Paying examination fees
• Selecting an examination date
• Meeting identification requirements
• Following testing-center or remote-testing requirements
• Complying with applicable regulatory requirements

Quantix Academy is not responsible for examination scheduling, testing-center availability, regulatory registration, or official examination fees.

Quantix Academy is an independent educational and exam-preparation provider.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Quantix Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by FINRA, NASAA, the SEC, any state securities regulator, or any official testing organization.

FINRA, NASAA, and other applicable organizations maintain their own examinations, rules, testing procedures, and requirements.

Their trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners.

Official examination providers and regulatory organizations may change:

• Examination content
• Topic weightings
• Rules
• Passing standards
• Question formats
• Testing procedures
• Registration requirements

Quantix Academy may update its materials periodically to reflect known examination changes.

However, Quantix Academy does not guarantee that every course document, practice question, presentation, or other resource will immediately reflect every change made by an examination provider or regulator.

Students should consult official sources for current examination requirements.

Course materials may include proprietary content created, compiled, licensed, or developed by Quantix Academy.

Materials may include:

• Presentations
• Speaker notes
• Study guides
• Question banks
• Practice exams
• Diagnostic exams
• Worksheets
• Flashcards
• Formula sheets
• Course roadmaps
• Digital downloads
• Videos
• Written explanations
• Other educational materials

These materials are provided solely for the personal educational use of the enrolled student.

All original Quantix Academy materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

Enrollment grants the student a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for personal study.

Students may not:

• Sell course materials
• Share course access with another person
• Upload course materials to file-sharing websites
• Post question banks publicly
• Republish practice questions
• Reproduce substantial portions of the course
• Distribute course materials through social media
• Use course materials to operate another training program
• Use materials to develop competing products or services
• Remove copyright or ownership notices

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in termination of course access and other remedies available under applicable law.

Course access is intended only for the enrolled student.

Students may not:

• Share usernames or passwords
• Allow another individual to use their account
• Purchase one enrollment for use by multiple people
• Circumvent course-access controls

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Quantix Academy may suspend access when unusual account activity indicates possible credential sharing or unauthorized use.

Students participating in live classes, group discussions, online communities, or other Quantix Academy activities must behave professionally and respectfully.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment
• Threatening behavior
• Discrimination
• Disruptive behavior
• Academic dishonesty
• Unauthorized recording
• Distribution of proprietary materials
• Attempting to obtain or distribute actual secure examination questions
• Interfering with another student's learning experience

Quantix Academy may remove a student from a session or program for serious or repeated violations.

Students may not use Quantix Academy services to solicit, share, reproduce, distribute, or discuss confidential or improperly obtained questions from an actual licensing examination.

Quantix Academy develops or uses educational practice questions designed to teach concepts and simulate examination-style reasoning.

Quantix Academy does not knowingly provide stolen, recalled, confidential, or improperly obtained official examination questions.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Quantix Academy Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Students should review the Refund Policy before enrolling.

Where a separate Refund Policy conflicts with general language in these Terms concerning refunds, the applicable Refund Policy will control.

Failure to attend classes, complete assignments, access materials, or sit for the official examination does not automatically create a right to a refund.

By enrolling, students agree to receive necessary communications regarding their program, including:

• Enrollment confirmations
• Class schedules
• Schedule changes
• Course reminders
• Educational updates
• Account notifications
• Customer-service messages

Students who separately consent to marketing communications may also receive information regarding other Quantix Academy programs, products, and resources.

Marketing consent may be withdrawn according to the instructions contained in the applicable communication.

If a student voluntarily provides a mobile number and agrees to receive text messages, Quantix Academy may send course-related or other authorized communications.

Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency may vary.

Students may reply STOP to opt out of applicable SMS communications and HELP for assistance where supported.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing a Quantix Academy program.

Students participating in online instruction or digital coursework are responsible for having reasonable access to:

• An internet connection
• A compatible computer, tablet, or mobile device
• A supported internet browser
• Email
• Any required videoconferencing software
• Audio capabilities when required

Quantix Academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by a student's equipment, internet connection, device settings, or third-party service providers.

Quantix Academy may recommend third-party textbooks, study aids, websites, products, or educational resources.

Some recommended resources may be sold separately and may not be included in the course enrollment fee.

Quantix Academy may also use affiliate links and may receive compensation when a student purchases an eligible product through an affiliate link.

Third-party products and services are governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers.

Quantix Academy continually seeks to improve its educational programs.

We may modify, replace, reorganize, add, or remove course materials when reasonably necessary to:

• Improve instruction
• Correct errors
• Update regulatory information
• Reflect examination changes
• Improve student outcomes
• Replace outdated materials

Such changes do not necessarily constitute a material change to the student's enrollment agreement.

Quantix Academy may suspend or terminate course access when a student:

• Violates these Terms
• Shares course credentials
• Distributes proprietary course materials
• Engages in fraudulent activity
• Attempts an unauthorized payment reversal
• Harasses instructors or students
• Misuses Quantix Academy systems
• Engages in serious misconduct

Where appropriate, Quantix Academy may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

Quantix Academy provides educational services only.

Nothing in a Quantix Academy course constitutes:

• Investment advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Financial planning advice
• A recommendation to purchase or sell securities
• Regulatory representation
• Employment placement
• A guarantee of licensing eligibility

Educational examples involving securities, investments, taxes, regulations, or financial products are provided to help students understand examination concepts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quantix Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from participation in or use of its educational programs.

This includes losses relating to:

• Failure to pass an examination
• Examination registration costs
• Retesting fees
• Lost employment opportunities
• Lost income
• Testing-center cancellations
• Examination-provider changes
• Technical interruptions
• Student failure to complete assigned coursework

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Information collected from students is handled according to the Quantix Academy Privacy Policy.

Students should review the Privacy Policy before enrolling.

Quantix Academy may periodically update these Terms to reflect changes in:

• Programs
• Technology
• Business practices
• Regulatory requirements
• Applicable laws

The “Last Updated” date will identify the latest revision.

Material changes affecting an existing student's enrollment may be communicated through email, the course platform, or another reasonable method.

These Terms will be governed by applicable laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another mandatory law controls.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the applicable:

• Course registration page
• Privacy Policy
• Refund Policy
• SMS Terms, where applicable
• Checkout terms
• Any written program-specific conditions

constitute the agreement governing enrollment in the applicable Quantix Academy program.
