Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Quantix Academy may issue refunds for enrollment in its SIE Success Accelerator and Series 65 Success Accelerator exam-preparation programs.

Each Quantix Academy program is offered as a one-time $397 purchase with course access that continues until the student passes the applicable examination, subject to the Terms of Enrollment.

There is no recurring subscription, no monthly charge, and no free trial associated with either program.

Quantix Academy offers a limited refund window of seven (7) calendar days from the date of successful payment, provided that the student has not materially accessed or completed course content.

Eligibility for a refund within this window is evaluated based on documented course activity, including whether lessons, diagnostic exams, practice questions, or downloadable resources have been accessed or completed.

If a student has begun substantial coursework, accessed protected materials, or completed the diagnostic exam, refund eligibility may be reduced or denied at Quantix Academy's reasonable discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@quantixacademy.com with the subject line 'Refund Request' and include the student's name, email, and applicable program.

Refunds are generally not available after the seven-day window has elapsed, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds are not available for failure to attend live sessions, failure to complete the program, failure to sit for the official examination, or dissatisfaction with examination results.

Quantix Academy does not guarantee a passing score, and enrollment does not include a refund on the basis of failing the official licensing examination.

Refunds are not available where course access has been revoked due to violation of the Terms of Enrollment, including credential sharing, distribution of proprietary materials, or academic dishonesty.

Because each program is a one-time purchase with access until the student passes, Quantix Academy does not refund on the basis of needing more study time.

Students who do not pass on their first attempt may continue accessing the applicable course materials without any additional charge until they pass, subject to the Terms of Enrollment and reasonable continued use.

Continued access is not a basis for a refund and instead represents the core benefit of the access-until-pass model.

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within seven to ten (7-10) business days of approval.

Quantix Academy is not responsible for delays caused by the student's payment processor, bank, or financial institution.

Refunds are processed in the original currency and amount of the qualifying transaction, minus any non-refundable fees required by applicable payment processors or law.

Students experiencing a billing concern are encouraged to contact Quantix Academy directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension of course access pending resolution.

Quantix Academy reserves the right to dispute chargebacks it believes are filed in bad faith or in violation of these terms.

Some jurisdictions provide consumers with statutory rights to refunds or cancellations that cannot be waived by contract.

To the extent any such rights apply, they remain available notwithstanding the terms of this Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

Quantix Academy may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The 'Last Updated' date below reflects the most recent revision.

Refund eligibility for a given purchase is determined by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of that purchase, except where a later policy is more favorable to the student or required by law.
